Shenzhen Mawan Warehouse & Terminal Co., Ltd. owns 36 tire-operated yard cranes. Before the remote control retrofit, they operated in local mode, allowing drivers to inspect the cranes at the start and end of each shift, promptly identifying problems such as tire delamination, cracking, insufficient air pressure, and wheel hub and bearing abnormalities. However, after the remote control retrofit, without on-site inspections by drivers, these tire abnormalities were difficult to detect, exacerbating tire damage and posing a significant safety hazard. Furthermore, the remote-controlled yard cranes' binocular vision, laser collision avoidance, and positioning functions require extremely high tire stability. Insufficient tire pressure or damage can easily cause malfunctions in the truck's collision avoidance and positioning functions, rendering the yard crane inoperable and severely impacting operational efficiency.

To address this issue, the company upgraded the tires on two sets of remote-controlled yard cranes in 2021, selecting 16 sets of bonded solid tires produced by our company. Compared to traditional pneumatic tires, bonded solid tires offer significant advantages.

1. They eliminate the risk of personal injury from flying retaining rings or tire blowouts during inflation or replacement.

2. They offer strong puncture resistance, effectively resolving the issue of blowouts on telescopic crane pneumatic tires.

3. They eliminate the need for frequent tire pressure checks and inflation at the remote control operation site, reducing safety risks for personnel involved.

4. They offer minimal load deformation and stable tire pressure, reducing equipment downtime due to tire problems and directly contributing to improved efficiency in telescopic crane operations.

Since 2021, the company has continuously upgraded its tires and exclusively uses our bonded solid tires.
